Upon Buyer’s receipt of Products, Buyer shall immediately inspect the same and shall notify Seller in writing within one (1) day of delivery of any claims for shortages and within two (2) days of delivery of any claims for defects or damages. If Buyer shall fail to so notify Seller within the applicable period, such Products shall conclusively be deemed to conform to their respective specifications and to have been irrevocably accepted by Buyer.
BBQ Rocket offers a 30-day return policy. Conforming products may not be returned for credit except with Seller’s prior agreement, and then only in strict compliance with Seller’s instructions. Buyer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number within thirty (30) days from a Product being delivered. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Any returned Product must be in the original packaging and must be in resalable and new condition.
All outbound shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. We reserve the right to not accept for return, exchange or refund, refurbished Products, Products that have been altered, customer special order Products or any Products that are in a non-saleable condition. Any product with gas fired through CANNOT be returned. Propane has an odor and can be detected.
Products sold under promotion or sale are subject to standard return & refund policy.
If the return is due to an error made by us, you will not be responsible for shipping costs.
All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

If you refuse your merchandise or fail to accept delivery of an item you will be charged for return shipping charges as well as a 50% restocking fee.
